Would have been nice to receive something to compensate for the pool being closed. That was literally the reason I booked your hotel, becaue it was one of the only ones with a pool. To get there, tell the guy that and that it was disapointing and him to just hand me a key and say I am checked in, was very disappointing. The whole place smelled of weed, which was not good on my asthma.

Down at the heel, lots of dust, had to request that the bathroom floor be mopped--did not appear to have been done for quite some time prior to our arrival. Pitiful Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations still up in February. Bed was clean and comfortable but the whole place in dire need of a good cleaning. Desk and phones left unattended/unanswered quite a lot of the time.

Pool room smelled of Sewage, BAD. 2nd floor ice machine room floor is broken, scary looking! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is outdated. Should have a space outdoors for your smoking customers that is weather proof/wind blocking. This was our second stay here, nothing has changed since last stay 8 years ago!
