Room has poor ventilation, mold was in the bathroom, the air feel stuffed moist or damp. It feels dusty and it isn't fresh. The reception when I checked out was not listening to me, I was going to tell him something but he decided to ignore me and answer his phone instead. I was in a rush, so I couldn't wait. If he doesn't want to hear what I'm saying, he will hear it here. He is rude and has not respect or paying attention to the customer needs. I normally don't write comments, but I had enough with this. The elevator is not clear the dust is every where in the elevator. When I step in the hall way going to the room, it feels like the dust is in the air and does not feel clean or fresh, the light in the hall way is low lightings, I couldn't see well.
