Front desk staff was fabulous -- very friendly and helpful. Plenty of self-parking was available. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was cozy and inviting, and the breakfast area had ample seating and an adequate breakfast included. Close enough to OSU campus that there were lots of folks around and places to eat/grab a coffee close by. A fancy, Middle-Eastern coffee/dessert shop, Matari, is right next door to the hotel!

The AC unit in the room sounded loud and like rain and wind was hitting the windows. Additionally we were never told there is a shuttle to the school instead we paid for 6 ubers. The breakfast was okay but didnt have any no cheese options except for a waffle each day we were there.
