Excellent resort accommodation with many things to do with the family! During our 4-night stay, we enjoyed the swimming pools, game room, mini-golf, cinema ,playground, fire pit and on-site restaurant for take-out. Great place for our weekend stay in Williamsburg. Only complaint was we could hear every step the people above us made. Wasn’t a big issue because they were early to bed but it could be an issue if someone above is up late walking around. We played mini golf, heard the history story around the campfire, and listened to music in the lounge. Fun stay.

I hated the check in process. The desk leans very hard into booking you a "welcome tour" and promises all these gifts. Obviously gping to be a time share pitch. Way to much time wasted on saying no, and them not taking no as the answer. Its late, ive been on the road for hours, i wanna lay down, not being treated dofferent for not wanting their "tour". I will pay more to stay elsewhere on my next trip to Williamsburg.

we did not use any ammenities as we were there 2 nights. But it was spacious for an excellent price, as it was the off season. My only beef was that the sales presentation went on and on and my assigned sales people, who were very nice, did not keep their presentation (and accompanying sales pressure) to the agreed upon time. I basically felt captured/kidnapped! They did finally give me the gifts.

The property gave us an uncleaned room when we arrived late at night with our three children (all under 7). After complaining, we were moved to another room that was outdated and dusty. When we were ready for bed, my husband tried to set up the sofa bed, but there were no extra pillows or a comforter. We called room service twice and were told each time that someone would bring them, but no one ever came. We didn’t receive those items until the next morning—when we were already checking out. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be returning.

The place has nice amenities, the cleanliness was ok, but not everything was clean in the room, carpets were not clean and one of the bathrooms had lots of small hair. Otherwise it was pretty good. Would be great if there were screens on the doors and windows, the weather was great but with no screens it is hard to keep the bugs away if you open the balcony door or window for example. One thing we didn’t like was how long it takes to check in, it took at least 30 minutes wait. They had one person checking in and about 10 others trying to sell time shares. Not the greatest check in process and after all the wait the try to sell you something
