The villa was exceptionally clean, though not well equipped (lack of kitchen ware, not salt/pepper). We had difficulty with the WiFi the entire time we were there. The staff were wonderful and friendly. There was streaming services available in the individual room but not in the common area of our villa, not allowing for family movie night.

Zero food if you don’t have reservations. They will tell you to go to the angler restaurant which is a little walk and then you will wait for your food like everyone else for 2hours plus. The hotel was nice for 2-3 days only we ended up cutting our trip short and going to key west because the hotel and food was an issue.
