Parking lot had signs that the hotel is not responsible for anything stolen. Not a good sign when pulling up. We get to our room and the fridge is full! Completely full and I had to clean it out because the staff did not have time. The window did not have a window cover and we were on the first floor. It felt like I was sitting in the parking lot all night and everyone could see in like I was an animal at the zoo. Very unsafe, uncomfortable feeling as a woman and I did not get any sleep. The next day I asked to move rooms and was told we couldn't because everything was booked out. They then offered a $25 credit for my second stay, but I refused and asked for a refund for the night so I could leave and find a better hotel to stay at.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, and I think it’s a great deal. That said, things seem to have slipped a bit since their long-term manager left. Lots of items missing at breakfast. Deadbolt to my room was broken. Some confusion/lines at the front desk. I like that it is unpretentious, clean, and very reasonably priced. The indoor pool and hot tub are fabulous. Hoping that the minor issues are solved once they transition with the new manager.

Easy and convenient parking. Good location for our needs at the time. Unfortunately the sink in our room was so slow draining. My husband shaved the first night there and the next morning the water was still in the sink. We brushed our teeth at the bathtub the next morning. It did have a complimentary breakfast. Nothing special. Complimentary coffee all day but no regular creamer the second morning. All in all it was sufficient for the price.

I know it very reasonable to stay there but our family was not able to eat the breakfast due to be only carb type of foods we seen. recommendations like yogurts and fruits. Hot tub was amazing after the crowd left. I will also mention that across the hall was loud yelling/arguing but thank goodness we did not hear them behind our door. Room was clean and amazing the beds were comfortable!! We are just happy to stay with our dog while we came down to do some things at our seasonal home. thank you. We will plan to come again in a few weeks

First room was filthy, upon going to the check in desk. We were told they didn’t have enough time to clean that room, so they put us in a different room that they swore was cleaned. The second room was worse than the first. After returning to ask for help, we were told to leave the hotel for a few hours so they could properly clean it. If there was another hotel with vacancy, I would’ve switched reservations. Won’t be returning.

Overall, room was clean, and Wave hotel was the best price in comparison to all local competitors. One noteworthy and suggested area for improvement and/or change within the hotel: All of the carpets in the lobby, the stairwell, and the halls outside the rooms looked very dirty, worn, and unsightly, and the viability or potential to replace with wood or laminate more durable and maintenance free flooring.

Ww were advised there was no hot breakfast (at the moment), despite site stating the contrary, cable box in our room didn't work, upon trying t o call the desk.
