This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Choice Hotel! First I checked in between 7:30-8 only to be informed that the hot tub in my room couldn’t be used from 9pm to 6am as a Choice reward member and as many Comfort inns if as I’ve stayed at that has never been an issue especially when the “jetted hot tub” is literally in the bathroom & a 1/3 of the size! This defeated the whole purpose of getting a hot tub suite I.E paying extra, on top of the room having no air conditioning and the room being uncomfortably hot through the night

Didn’t have the breakfast but the room was very dirty and run down. Half the lights didn’t work and it was very noisy. We heard every word they were saying in both rooms on either side of us. Staff was great but it wasn’t their fault. The place should probably be torn down and rebuilt
