The room was dirty—I found three bugs crawling on the beds. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, and there were hairs in the bathtub. At checkout, the staff member never got up from behind the desk; she simply asked for my room number and didn’t provide a receipt. When I requested one, she said they were out of paper and that it would be emailed. I have yet to receive my emailed receipt. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again.

Room and bedding was clean and comfortable. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that did not include a hairdryer in either of the 2 rooms we booked so that was a bummer. The main light was burned out in one of the rooms so we used the lamp. Other than that it was a great price for a hotel near Disneyland that is just used for sleeping. It is about a 15-20 min walk to the main gate.

Booked here since it said they had a Disney shuttle. When we arrived and inquired about the schedule, we were told it wasn't offered anymore, so we had to walk. The morning walk wasn't too bad, but the evening return was no fun of course. Would've booked elsewhere if I had known...

I booked this hotel for the price it is definitely a hotel to stay in if you want to save money. They didn’t have all the extra stuff you expect from a regular hotel. No extra blankets, no extra comfort it was just a place to sleep. No shuttle to Disney, took uber for about $7 each way. They charge $23.25 for parking which is ridiculous it should be illegal to charge for parking. No restaurants on site, very basic hospitality. There were pincher bugs in my room and saw a huge roach outside my door. I had to cover the tub hole to avoid having bugs come in.

A great choice to save money if going to Disneyland. You can walk, it is about a mile or Uber for about $10. The Toy Story parking lot is super close, realized that last day but you might be able to take that shuttle back. No hair dryer microwave or any type of extras in the room. There is a pool and hot tub which is nice.

Good—-bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Cheap option to stay near Disneyland. Staff were very kind. Bad—-floors everywhere were gross/sticky. The elevator being the worst. No shuttle to Disneyland. Booking on Hotels.com I wasn’t informed of the $20+ daily parking charge. No water pressure, and at most warm not hot water. The wall mounted AC unit could not keep temp down in the room even in high 70s low 80s temps. I’ve been in worse hotels, and I might consider here again if only by myself. My wife was less than thrilled with the overall experience. I truly have no idea how they have a rating as high as they do. And avoid the market on site!! Highway robbery with the prices set there. I think it’s cheaper in the parks.

The hot tub was cold, and the front desk staff needs to learn better bedside manner. I will say there was no options for a solution and that’s what made the experience worst. At least propose a solution if the internet is slow or if there’s a better spot on site where it can be a little faster. I understand this may be out of their hands so that means motel 6 needs to do a better job of upgrading the Infrastructure.

The hotel is infested with cockroaches. They do not provide a “Do not disturb” sign to hang on the door so there is no way to notify staff if you don’t want them to enter the room. Hotel staff also entered the room when it was not the day they clean them which is every other day. No safe to lock up valuables. The room was clean with the exception of two cockroaches showing up in the bathroom at night. Notified staff upon checkout and they didn’t speak on it and credited one night of lodging. The only positive is the price on Hotels.com which was very reasonable and is walking distance to Disneyland.

Overall it was really good. We walked to/from Disneyland, and it wasn't bad at all. The room was fine. We had a refrigerator and coffee pot, which was great. The room felt a little stripped-down, though. I had to chase down a hair dryer but luckily found a nice housekeeper who helped me, since the front desk couldn't.. They didn't automatically have them in the rooms, which I found weird. It was a great deal, though, and good location.

I was surprised at the condition of this place since it is a “Disney good neighbor hotel.” By the time you pay for parking, there are much better options. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed somewhere without a hair dryer and tissues. You have to ask for a hair dryer and pick it up at the front desk, and they do not have tissues for guests. You will want to bring your own toiletries; there’s are very low quality. The hot tub only stays on if you rig it with the string that is near the knob. The location is okay. Across the street is Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s.
