The elevators were not in working conditions. They put us on the fifth floor, and my husband is handicap and we had to walk up the stairs. There was no complementary breakfast to make up for the elevator is not working nor were we offered any type of discounts this was horrible. and the Plumbing in the bathtub was also horrible. The water was not going down in the bathtub. It was filling up.

More attention needed to cleanliness; curtains had stains on them. Bed sheets, pillows, towels were all clean. No trash can in room and when asked none were available. Elevator and pool not working all weekend, sounded like these have been down for a while. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Did not pay for breakfast, lots of options close by.

I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience during our recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport by IHG on April 3rd. Upon arrival, I was met by a front desk agent (white male, older with glasses) who displayed unprofessional behavior, including using inappropriate language immediately after a phone call and maintaining a dismissive attitude toward me. When I inquired if there was an issue, he did adjust his demeanor; however, the initial interaction was concerning. We had reserved two rooms on the second floor, traveling with three senior citizens and two children. Shortly after check-in, we were informed that the elevator was out of service. This presented a significant inconvenience for our group and impacted our overall experience. Additionally, I noticed that the condition of our rooms did not appear to meet Marriott standards. I have photographs that I would be happy to share for your review. There was no receipt sent upon checkout, even after requesting an email. I wanted to bring this to your attention, not only to address the immediate issues but also to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar challenges. While I understand that operational issues can occur, the combination of unprofessional staff behavior and facility limitations made our stay difficult.

The biggest complaint is that the elevators were broken. We didn't get notified of this issue until the day of our check-in. However, I verified on past reviews that the elevators have been broken for 10+ days and reamined so throughout or 4 days there. Also, the pool was closed, despite the communicated maintenance not starting for another 3 weeks. Room was fairly clean, but they forgot to restock coffee cups. Plus linens and towels had small permanent stains. The entire site felt like it hadn't been well maintained in a few decades.
