The carpet, headboard and curtains were a little dirty. The bathroom could have used a deeper clean but overall a nice room. The staff was helpful and the pool was very enjoyable.

Never saw staff harass so many customers in the Bay Area and pool area. The one lady was a pure Karen with ugly stares. In addition the slot machine malfunctioned and it took 4 different trips to my machine before the staff compensated me so I could continue game play.

The shutting off water was a big inconvenience, the sink water smelled, the bathtub faucet leaked

The room was not clean at all, you can see the dust everywhere. The restroom was so dirty, honestly I don’t even think that restroom was clean before we arrived, and the rooms are really old and in bad condition. I’ve been in several hotels and this one is a total disaster. Plus you are not allow to bring a small water metal bottle for your kid inside the pool area. Their policies are absurd.

Was disappointed in the fact that the adult spa was not monitored for children being in it. Every time I tried to use it. Even late in the evening.
Was disappointed in no buffet and few options for meals without leaving the facility.

When we arrived the condition of the room seemed like it just had a quick clean up. You could see where corners were cut. Long woman hair on the bathroom floor. The bathroom counter and sink was dirty. They missed a few baby snacks on the ground in the room. Not a deal breaker I stay here all the time and love this place BUT this was the worst I’ve seen it.

We stayed at the Avi many times over the years. We booked a room this trip on-line, the room was in the North Tower which has not been updated like the other Towers. Our room was old, not real clean other than the beds. We were there to visit my 86 yr old aunt so we didn’t make a fuss.

Foi tudo gostoso, mas a piscina estava com cheiro muito forte de cloro, de arder os olhos, tirando isso foi tudo tranquilo, a vista da prainha pro rio colorado é linda. O ambiente do cassino tem cheiro bem forte de cigarro, mas é permitido fumar dentro então faz parte; Gostei de ter dentro do resort o restaurante Panda, Subway e pizzaria. Tem cinema também!

The place is excellent for a vacation and for breaking away from your routine—without the traffic of big cities. The pools are very clean, and the staff, in general, are very attentive.

Pools were freezing cold. Rooms worn down and had little roaches in the bathroom. They turned off water pressure with no warning so we couldn't shower. Food area is close to casino so expect to smell cigarettes while eating. Cinema smelt like vomit and is run down. Would never stay here again.

Didn’t expect much for the price. Seems like this casino/ resort is way past it’s hay day. Location was good for a night. Hard to believe someone would make this a vacation destination. Everything is run down and in need of refurbishing. The tub in our room had a constant leak (just left the fan on to drown out the annoying drip.) They actually shut the water off to the entire resort from 11pm to 5am for maintenance. Wasn’t the worst stay, but wouldn’t come back. Even at that price.
