I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely come back again. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The room was comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to the airport with shuttle service. What made my stay even more special was I was able to bring my fur baby along with me.

Airport shuttle driver and night desk attendant were very polite and helpful. I checked in at 1am. Asked for a quiet room but was given a direct airport facing room (across the road view). From 1am until 10am the sound of planes didn't stop. The hotel has little insulation. I didn't sleep well at all. Used the heater for 20 minutes but when I tried turning it off it wouldn't go off after giving it forever. I had to unplug it from the wall. I had it on the quiet setting but it was still loud. Bed was too firm for me. I looked forward to a shower in the morning. The floor towel was sitting on the bathtub folded but had nose snot on it. I hopped in the bath to use the shower and the base of the bath was slippery and sticky like it would be from soap scum. Felt gross. Shower pressure was non existent. Lucky if it's running at 2 litres per minute. I was really disappointed. I needed to have my back pressed against the wall to get the water to hit me. Check out was quick and easy. I was granted a late checkout till 12pm.

A comfortable, convenient stay for airport users. Delicious breakfast and environmentally friendly cutlery/plates/cups. Room was clean and warm. Warm, friendly staff on reception and airport shuttle bus. There is no lift so request a lower floor room for people with luggage. I had difficulty carrying my 20 kg suitcase up the two flights of stairs.
