There was black long hair in the shower on the wall. There were 2 body was and 1 conditioner but NO shampoo. The lower shower head was facing the door so when I turned on the shower it sprayed me and all my stuff on the bathroom counter. I ordered room service and SPECIFICALLY said I had a gluten allergy and they sent my steak up with fries all over it. I did not order fries because they have a shared fryer! And there was only 1 bartender at the bar. We sat for at least 10 minutes waiting on a drink. When I did receive my drink the rim of the glass had brown stuff all around it. I did receive a new one after letting the bartender know. Valet was great on both check in and check out!

This place was awful. Other than the valets the staff was awful. The property was not kept up. When we got in our room there was water all over the bathroom floor. The elevator got stuck the fire dept had to come open it. The bar closed super early. The lady at the front desk at night was rude. Will not be returning to this hotel.
