Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff in the gold lounge, Rolley,Pascoal, Vitoria and Alysha go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..all parts of the hotel in and out are kept in tiptop condition. The location is perfect only a 5 minute walk into Hamilton and the view of the bay is gorgeous.

This was a fabulous family vacation. I highly highly suggest upgrading to the Fairmont Gold Access to the gold lounge is definitely worth it. The rooms were impeccable and the infinity pool and resort in general was fabulous. Hospitality, focus on the customer are top notch here. Such a great location, just a few blocks from everything in Hamilton, boutique stores and restaurants. Highly reccomend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
