Stayed here for two weeks while waiting for my apartment to open up. Definitely a budget hotel quality wise. Front desk girl of considerable size was very rude, curt, and dismissive. As I would find out later, she uses the handicap parking space as her personally reserved parking spot. I brought this up to her and that I am a disabled veteran and need the handicapped parking space afforded to us. She began laughing, waved it off, and said she was mentally handicapped so it worked. Then went back to her cell phone. Acted like guest were interfering with her social life. Mentioned it to management next morning, and manager was nonchalant in her response.
The room was decent - clean sheets but tub had big crack in it. Also room door locking door latch was off kilter and would not lock from outside, unless you slammed it as hard as you could while pulling hard on it. Could not lock from inside so used locking swing bar and door wedge. There was an aluminum shim sloppily screwed to door latch face. They finally removed it and door would shut more often than not, but was loose when it did close.
Housekeeping was haphazard at best. Trash would be removed maybe every 2-3 days, and on random days, folded towels would be placed on counter just inside room door. Room walls were thin. Body wash dispenser mounted on shower wall was empty, and despite repeated notifications to management and assurances housekeeping would change/refill it - never happened.
