The room and the hotel is spotless. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help with whatever you need. This hotel is right on the main road which is busy but the noise is not bad once you're in your room. I imagine it might be different if you have a room facing the street. We had a junior suite on the second floor with a kitchen. Everything we needed, utensils, dishes and pots and pans. We did some breakfast cooking in the room. Included is a blender, so we bought fruit and made out own smoothies every day. The common area behind the pool was great for sitting and playing cards or eating snacks after a swim. We only discovered the garden after a couple of days but its more of a smoking corner. Wouldn't go out there unless you need to 😕smelled gross. We walked everywhere in Sayulita and didn't need a car or taxi or golf cart. This hotel is close enough to restaurants, beach and shopping. Would recommend and would stay again.

The room was clean and everything was perfect. No major issues. The only thing was the lighting . It’s very soft and not good to put on make up. Staff is super helpful and friendly. The ladies went above and beyond to help us out with money exchange and phone chargers. Coffee shop, pizza place, Oxxo, pharmacy were all next to the Hotel. 10min walk to center of town. You can rent a golf cart at the hotel to get around better. It was not in the middle of town which was good. no noise at night time. We felt very safe, would definitely stay again

We would stay at this hotel again. We had a balcony, street view, top floor room. Room was clean, smelt fresh, modern, A/C worked great, friendly staff, amazing cleaning service, pool was wonderful. It was nice to have a kitchen with a stove and fridge. We were so happy with our stay, felt safe and well looked after. The bus station is next door, but I didn’t notice the noise, you could always see about a room on far side from it and back from the road if you don’t want to hear the road, but with the A/C on we didn’t notice it. And it was nice having the bus near to hop on and off to take trips to other quaint local towns.

Our stay was perfect. The concierge/front desk receptionist was friendly, professional and helpful. The entire property was immaculate and the cleaning staff worked continuously! The pool was perfect and our room was equipped with all that we needed to enjoy our time at this well-located property.

The staff at Riviera Sayulita are helpful and available. We had a lovely stay, including some last minute switch of rooms, to accommodate one in our group who needed a room conducive to working from. The area has enough street life, while very quiet, that we felt safe at all times.

Descanso maravilloso en Sayulita

El hotel es tal cual muestran en las fotografías, es cómodo, muy limpio, céntrico y el personal es amable y atento. Nos gustó mucho tu nos sentimos como en casa. Pudimos disfrutar de la alberca hasta las 10 PM. Además está muy bien ubicado. Fue una buena elección.
