I was overcharged. I paid through the hotels app and then the facility charged my card again. When I contacted the facility I kept getting past over to the next shift with no resolution. Also I texted the facility and no response back. First room we were put in there was no electricity in the room. Second room I was moved to there was feces in the toilet. There were also mice in the lobby. I would not recommend staying here.

Hands down worst hotel experience I've ever had. We RESERVED a room to stay in but when we went to check in we were informed that there were no rooms available, even though we had already RESERVED and paid for a room. The front desk staff was extremely rude and didn't care at all that we had no where to stay for the night. Not only was he rude and absurdly unprofessional, he even had security bully us out of the building, security was mean and unempathetic as well. As we sat in our car scrambling to find another place to stay, we witnessed another guest check in without any issue. The stay was non refundable and I was never informed at time of booking that rooms were first come first serve. Seems like an important detail to share when we were depending on the hotel stay as we were an hour and half drive from our home. Luckily, hotets.com helped us find another hotel to stay in. Don't stay here unless you want to be abused by their staff for just trying to get into the room you reserved.

Beware!!!! When were checked in we were told the room we booked was unavailable. We kept asking ‘how that was possible?’ And assistant manager just kept saying ‘i understand’. We asked several times but kept getting the same response of ‘I understand’. We never got an answer. Still don’t know why the room we booked wasn’t available When we finally got to a room it was open and looked like someone had used the beds. The room was disgustingly dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky and had hair everywhere. It looked like it had never been cleaned, ever. I cannot overstate how dirty it was. The people that checked in behind us also had the same thing happen to their room, open and filthy. We left and went to a different hotel and they were already there also checking in. I cannot warn you enough, do not stay here! We drove 4 plus hours four a college visit and we almost didn’t have a place to stay. You couldn’t pay me enough to ever even think about staying here. We felt dirty just being in that room and hotel for just 10 minutes. We literally had to Lysol wipe our shoes because we felt they were contaminated. Do not stay here. The front desk was not helpful, unorganized and just didn’t seem to care. Never answered our concerns or questions. Did get a refund but had to call hotels.com and have them call the hotel for refund confirmation. It was a horrible experience and one we won’t soon forget. It made us rethink ever staying at a Wyndham ever again. Beware

Extremely disappointed with the staff and missing Basic amenities in the entire hotel like Toiletries (Soap, Shampoo). A/C was not functioning and had to keep the room windows open to cool the room. Avoid if you can. Staff had no clue of how to help the customer.

The room was less than clean. It was in need of a deep cleaning. The shades had stains. The vent hadn't clean in a long time. There was no remote for the tv. The place looked worn down. The front desk was not knowledgable of the area. Also the front door was not working properly.
