Ficamos no Orlando International Drive North neste ano dos dias 17 à 29 de Março e fomos muito bem atendidos pelo gerente de frontdesk Mario e pelo Tyreke, que fizeram nossas 12 noites excelentes e cuidaram para que qualquer imprevisto fosse solucionado! O café da manhã ofertado todos os dias é uma mega ajuda par começar o dia. A limpeza nos quartos é otima e caso necessário toalhas extras são ofertadas. Na recepção temos um pequeno serviço de vendas de refrigerantes e snacks para aquelas necessidades noturnas. Fica próximo de tudo e a menos de 10 minutos de carro da Universal e do Outlet da International Drive. Sempre que possível ficaremos aqui! Um abraço do Carlos e da Thais

My wife and i stayed here for 3 nights. The room was newly renovated. The beds were awesome! The pool area was really great for guests to enjoy. This is a great facility for families or anyone really. They have a big screen outside for music during the day and for movies at night. Pool, splash pad and huge chess game for entertainment. Walking distance to many resturaunts and stores. Looks like they had bussing to Disney also. Enjoyed the breakfast everyday. Awesome staff , whether front desk, room service, breakfast, or anyone we ran in to. Will definately bring kids and grandkids back to this location. Not all hotels in florida are run this well... trust me. We always felt safe coming or going anytime of the day or night. TV had many channels and all our needs were met! Will be back!!!

Room was clean, bed was comfy , ac was on when I got there , fridge was cold ! Welcome staff and any staff I came into contact with was very nice and helpful! The pool was ice cold so I didn't get in but my kids enjoyed it very much! The only thing if I had to say was a negative was the breakfast area is so small and the hours of operation of it is so narrow that everybody in the hotel is in there at one time trying to get breakfast and it's kind of a cluster! I did get breakfast all of the days that I was there so it wasn't like they ran out and I couldn't get it. It was just a little inconvenient and overwhelming! I felt bad for the ONE lady that was there working and making sure everything was full! She did a great job, though everything was full, and if it looked like it was gonna be empty by the time you got up there she had a full and fresh! Also after a couple of days of me being there, they came in and freshened up the room, made the bed or whatever, but they took the linen that I was using and did not replace them! Thank God I brought my own or I would not have had a towel to bathe with!

Great resort-style hotel. A bit outdated, but everything works. Breakfast was great. Seating inside is limited, though there are plenty of seats outside, which can be chilly on colder days. The staff is friendly and professional. Great location if you’re visiting Universal Studios- the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the park

Refrigerator didn’t work. TV stations were unknown and minimal. My room 322 did not have a smoke detector. Beds need to be more stable. Room was very clean. Staff, excellent service!
