Went for anniversary. Two nights getaway. First night we went for the hot tub but it was closed. Next day we upgraded to in room hot tub. Hot water would not get hot and shower never got hot either. Told front desk about our stay and they refunded the resort fee of $19 but wouldn’t refund the upgrade fee. Oh yeah left us on hold for 20 minutes trying to get the upgrade. Toilet water was to high, couldn’t even sit down without water touching so no sss that morning

The rooms are in need of a deep clean. Glass shower doors had soap scum maybe dirt. Bathroom wall had a spot that was dirty, was afraid to really look, afraid of what it could have been. Check in staff was great, friendly and quick. Bar staff were also friendly.

Negative stars - We booked a non-smoking room on Hotels.com. When we arrived to check in, one hour after check-in started, they told us there were no non-smoking rooms available. Even our confirmation on the website, stated that it was a non-smoking room that we reserved. They said we would’ve had to ask by special request on Hotels.com or on their end. There was no area to request such a thing. And they refused to give us our money back. I won’t say they stole from us, but they did not try to make it right at all. Not accommodating and not customer focused. The manager said she would not approve a refund request from Hotels.com. And I was very, very polite.

The casino is old, but it was cleaned up quite a bit since the last time I have been there, but they have an issue with maintenance starting to come into rooms with signs out do not disturb and security then they wanna move you for our room cause they’ve gotta water problem. No communication on that issue.

We stayed for the concert but I was really disappointed in the room and the way things were handled when I reported the situation to the front desk. The non smoking room had a bag on the smoke detector and there were cigarette butts under the bed, gross. They did fix the smoke detector but I asked multiple times to have the butts cleaned up and I kept getting apologies but no results. We went to the concert and expected the room to be cleaned up when we came back but it wasn’t. We had to leave due to an emergency at home the next day and I did appreciate that they helped with that. The casino and bingo were fun. Parking was easy. I just wish the room had been better.

The shower wasn't very clean in my room. The faucet on the sink wouldn't stay on by itself... Kept sitting if. There was no hand soap, or hand lotion or make up remover disposable pads, on the bathroom counter, the blanket on the bed was extremely thin.

Went for event at Laughlin Entertainment Center so easy walking distance. Had made reservations at Barley Bros and got there on time, but because SO busy, took long while for food to arrive and it was served all at once, not appetizers first. But Michelle our waitress was very attentive. Not all elevators were working So long waits to get on elevator. In fact this morning we had to ride an elevator all the way up to finally get on the ground floor.😕

The elevator situation was a pain. Every time we went to our room there was a long line for the elevators.

The room was clean. Bed were comfortable. The only think was that the sink was plugged water going down slow. Toilet make noise when flush for along time but would turned off later.
