We arrived early at the hotel but fortunately for us our room was ready and available so we were able to access early. The staff on desk the were very helpfull and were able to provide us with additional teabags as requested. The room we had was an accessible room, it was very clean and tidy. There was air con in the room, only issue we had was that the temperature had been preset with no control to adjust. Breakfast was buffet style, help yourself. There was a very good selection available with a variety of teas and coffees from a coffee machine. We opted for a cooked breakfast which wasn't piping hot, but we find this is normally the case for breakfasts warmed under the counter. Other items included cereals, fruit, yogurts and pastries. We booked the hotel for an event that we attended there that evening. The hotel is dated but overall we enjoyed our stay.
