Horrible internet. Shower with low pressure. Refrigerator in the room didn't work. There was no parking at the hotel itself, which we were only told about at check-in. Very noisy room! In other words, a bad experience. We had two nights, we only stayed one.

A localização do hotel é excelente, vc pode fazer várias coisas a pé e ir até a praia. A equipe da recepção e do café da manhã são bem educados e prestativos, porém se vc deseja conforto para uma boa noite de sono evite escolher o quarto standard. Nós ficamos duas noites no feriado de Páscoa, já na alocação do primeiro quarto que fica no primeiro andar pedimos para trocar pq ficava ao lado do elevador e a janela do banheiro dava para a cozinha do restaurante. A equipe prontamente nos colocou no terceiro andar porém quarto minúsculo, são duas camas de solteiro juntas, no segundo andar ou seja abaixo do quarto era a cozinha que preparava o café da manhã e como as janelas não são anti ruído de manhã cedo vc escutava o barulho de talheres. Água do chuveiro oscilava muito entre quente e fria, não era possível regular. A gestão do hotel deveria priorizar estes detalhes e buscar oferecer melhorias pq o hotel fica em uma região excelente.

Gostei muito do local ,bem limpo e organizado, porém só uma dica , em questão ao bar avisar sobre o consumo de bebida de fora ,porém me senti constrangida pela cobrança na frente de outras pessoas na área das persianas (pois ali só tem venda casada não pode por lei então passar corretamente as informações)e em questão aos quartos só acho q falta ter água nos mesmos pois não tinha nada de água,

A janela do quarto estava sem trico, o que traz problemas de segurança. A proteção acústica do apartamento no segundo piso era ruim pois ele ficava bem ao lado do restaurante, trazendo ruídos de funcionários, pratos, talheres, etc. Caberia uma janela com maior proteção ou alocar o restaurante em uma área diferente. Além disso, poderiam avaliar construir um estacionamento mais amplo em algum imovel anexo.
