Our stay at Days Inn was wonderful…we enjoyed our stay…the only thing we wish can improve is the pool area…The pool wasn’t pleasing and can be cleaned more.

Breakfast was a disappointment, not very substantial and not very appealing. Even though it’s not pool weather outdoors, the trash collected in the bottom of it was an eyesore. We did have to ask for a coffeemaker to be brought to our room which was odd since every thing else was there. The gentleman who delivered it to us was super nice and friendly.

Not greatly pleased, but you get what you pay for. I do have several complaints for 1 there was no microwave or fridge 2 the bathroom was not handicap accessible. There was no shower bars to hold onto. My husband could not take a shower. The AC did not work properly it cut on and off probably over a 100 times throughout the night and there should also be a quiet time at least after 10 o’clock if not, 9 the people beside of us was in and out of their room up until 2 AM which was ridiculous. We are older, elderly people and should not be bothered with that type of issue!. I can say the beds was nice and clean and the sheets smelled like bleach, which is a good thing because I wash my sheets with bleach. The bathroom outlets need to be replaced. I plugged my curling iron in and it just fell out of the receptacle. The rooms could use some paint. And they need to get a good air filtration system. The whole hotel smelled unfresh..

The air conditioning unit had a short and would not turn on unless set to 61 degrees once the air conditioning power chord was jiggled to get it on. Water kept going from hot to cold while showering, the facilities smelt like pot, and when my wife said let’s get out of here, I had enough of this place a staff member said, “we’ll get on out then.” There was a lot more to write that was not good, but I don’t want to give this too much time. The people at our check in were absolutely AMAZING!

Property was in disrepair at every turn, our room was filthy & had clearly not been cleaned in some time. There were cigarette butts & ash & food crumbs on the floor of our room. We did not stay the night as planned. Staff was nice enough, but I was still charged.

This location was outdated and terrible. I'm not sure how they dont get audited and shut down. On top of that, they charged me an additional $50. Because I checked in early. I booked the hotel at 1210am n checked in at around 0100am. They said it was hotel policy, but I don't understand how they are enforcing that policy but then they don't care to follow their policy on cleaning the hotel and specifically the rooms correctly. They should definitely reimburse me my hotel stay. I unfortunately was driving for a long period of time to care to fight it at the time of arrival and just stayed till 0730am.

The Room was decent, for the pool being indoor it was freezing, the hot tub was cold and gross looking. The roof had cracks and was falling. The main support posts had major cracks in them.

It is very dated. Needs a lot of refurbishment. The jacuzzi was brown. The pool looked hazy. No smell of chlorine. The first room we were sent to the keys wouldnt work. Went back to the front desk to get new keys. The desk clerk said she was going to put us in a newer room well it was 2 doors from the old room had a funny smell.the front desk was very rude like it was our pro lem.

The hotel was overall in poor condition and the cleanliness left much to be desired. I made the mistake of looking at mattress to check for bedbugs and I wanted to throw up. It was absolutely disgusting. The couch looked like it was from the 1970s, and I made sure not to sit on it. The bathroom was surprisingly clean, but that’s about the only plus from this budget motel-turned-hotel. At the end of the day, this was the cheapest hotel in Williamsburg so be sure to set your expectations accordingly.

The staff seemed very friendly and polite. The room was not as clean as i would like, hair on the sink in the bathroom. Breakfast was alright, nice selection but nothing outstanding. The pool was bad, just outdated and grimy looking. The floors by the pool are super dangerous, no traction at all and smooth. Daughter fell with wet feet immediately, just stepping on it. Not running, not walking, just stepping. 5/10
