Room not clean, no toilet paper, bathroom not clean & some lamps did not work - just a state of daytime & corporate mismanagement & neglect! Poor value for the cost and the only bright spot was a very conscientious night time manager with special needs. He cared a lot more than whomever he reports to as well as the cleaning staff if there is an in house cleaning staff still. Would not recommend!!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this property. I was assigned to Room 219, which is in desperate need of renovation. The toilet seat and bathtub were peeling and scraped, and the front door was difficult to close. The heater was so loud that it woke me up every half hour throughout the night, and the TV connectivity was unreliable. To make matters worse, the staff was not particularly friendly, and I was incorrectly charged at the front desk for a room I had already pre-paid for via Hotels.com. Between the poor maintenance and the billing issues, I will not be returning.

Our bathroom shower had pubic hair in it when we first arrived. The towels and hand towels all smelled of mildew so badly that we didn’t even dare shower there. The TV would shut off constantly. The beds were rock hard. The bathroom floor was disgusting and there was stuff splattered all over the wall.

Our room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty with soiled walls floor, floor, bath tub. The toilet often didn't flush properly. The toilet paper holder was broken and in pieces. The ceiling vent also looked dirty. The shelf under the sink was full of dust. The bathroom door was was soiled and smudged. There was a random sock in one of the bedroom bureau drawers. The room heater was very noisy. The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt as though we were sleeping on a box spring rather than a mattress. On the plus side the desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Wifi was not functional most of the time. This is an old hotel which is poorly maintained. We would never recommend or stay there again.

I believe the manager of this location should have more training in "hospitality." And look up the definition of that word. Because I will not return to this location again. I'd rather sleep in my vehicle. I've staying here before and was checked in by this same person. And she doesn't smile, is not very welcoming and not accommodating at all. I asked to check in early and I was told by her that checkin time is 4pm and she would not budge. She said I would gave to pay for an addnight. I drove Amish people here from NY and would only be here until 8pm. I have been driving Amish for 10 years and most motels are usually very accommodating. And this location used to be also, until this manager took over. We had some words and I do regret some things that I said to her. She was flippant as well. I called later and apologized. I canceled my reservation there and went somewhere else instead. Their policy is no refund. And again, she would not budge. So I lost that money. But I am in this area many times during the year and will not choose this motel again. So the greater loss is theirs in the end..100s of dollars. Today I am in PA again and I was told by the motel I booked that normal policy is 3pm to check in. But since I'm leaving at 8pm, of course they can be flexible and I am welcome to come anytime today. Now THIS is hospitality.
