Great location for cafes and so close to the train. The hotel was clean. I was unaware that this hotel charged per person, and I was dismayed when I had to pay an extra €150 because my husband was there - but they didn’t change my room… I’m confused what the extra money is for. A female at the front desk was unreasonably cold, and made us wonder what attracted her to the hospitality field. We are not going back to this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and cozy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant staff let the team down. I once tried to order room service and the restaurant would not pick up the phone and then when they finally picked it up, they hung up the phone right away. When I asked at reception, I was told that the restaurant must be very busy. I also had another unpleasant experience at the restaurant during breakfast. I walked towards an empty table that was free and as I put the plate down, the waiter came over and told me to move because another couple wanted to sit there. The couple came over with their plates and I was just standing there, not knowing what to do with myself… he did not even offer a different table, just told me to move, it was such an unpleasant experience and so, so rude to treat guests like this. This really took away from the whole experience, I think that if the restaurant staff were professional and friendly, I’d give a 5 star rating.
