The first room we were assigned to was unacceptable. The shower water did not get hot, the body was dispenser had hair in the tops, roaches were in the room, and sink faucet was loose. Breakfast was mediocre. I requested for my family to be moved to another room. The second room was much better than the first room.

Very kind staff and easy check-in. The room was dated but clean. The bed was SO comfortable, and it is at a great location! The only suggestion I have is to have more pack and plays available for children. Other than that, this was a great value! We will be back!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower, toilet area, and bathroom sink were all just fine. The tv worked and the presence of a mini fridge and microwave is always good. However, the "breakfast is laughable. If you're a waffle fan I suppose it's good; but there is little else. No fruit at all. No hot cereal. 2 options for dry cereal. The whole premises is kind of tired looking, but they do appear to be updating, refurbishing a number of the rooms; the pool looks nice but the weather was not conducive to using it. The location is convenient to South strand golf courses. The ladies in the office were cordial, courteous, and helpful. All said and done, I'd opt to stay here again.
