Staff was great. Came in to clean room every day - left notes if they were unable to do something (didn't make bed due to personal items left on bed etc) However, the room had a weird smell, we were on the 2nd floor and there was something hard and oddly shaped that stuck up under the carpet making the floor very uneven, the tiles and sink were cracked, and the shower water was either ice cold or burning hot.
