This hotel also wants to see ur guests visa or immigration status. Searching passport for visa page wasn't nice. I suggest that if u have any foreign guest accompanying ur travel, u may need a different hotel otherwise, ur guests may be heckled for privacy documents.

Great location. The bed spread and floors need to be washed. I actually washed the floor . My socks turned black when I took off my shoes.So I soaked the bathmat and pushed it around the floor with my foot. It was black after one pass. A couple of more passes and it was adequate. Need to retrain the maids.

We found two roaches, went to two rooms because ours flooded, room smells like pee the one they relocated us to. All the covers have bad stains, and we didn’t even get a discount or extra night for it. Won’t stay again and the pool closes at 9 on spring break. Staff was helpful when there. They don’t have 24/7 Maintence just on call after 11ish until 6 pm which is crazy. First time ever I have been somewhere I have to call when my room is flooding and it’s not even my fought, it was coming from the floor!!!!

Parking was easy and for the price it was okay. You can tell locals live there. There was a man just sitting on the steps smoking and playing his phone loudly. My kids were scared but I guaranteed them we had no worries. The television did not work. We had to run to the local Walmart to get additional blocks to keep the kids phone charged. The pillow cases looked like they had mildewed and they just washed them and put them back on the pillows. There were spots on the cover. We had to Lysol everything down and wipe everything really well. We only stayed for one night and over heard other guests complaining about their tv and covers. It was just a one night stay. I definitely wouldn’t stay again. The restrooms were really nice though I give it 5 stars but definitely wouldn’t recommend for a family stay.

Went to check in. Lobby closed and was supposed to check in across the road at motel 6. Got over there and according to her system the reservation was canceled. I didn’t cancel my stay. I had to redo my stay. It was late so it wouldn’t let me do the Friday night. Ended up having to stay at the motel 6 instead and it was disgusting

The checkin staff was wonderful! The cleaning crew was terrible!! There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers. Luckily I always carry extra with me! Second day they came into room took three towels and left two, no hand towel or washcloths. I had to go get some. Floor was sticky and toilet looked like it had pee at the base of it. Also bed was not made when they came into the room. Ice machine did not work at all. Bed mattress needs to be replaced. Just was not happy with this hotel. The weather was great although we had to drive to the beach and no breakfast at the hotel. We did not use the pool it was too cool for that. I did complain to the front office. Oh and a fight broke out in the parking lot Saturday about 3 am!! Ugh!
