We originally booked three nights at this hotel but ended up leaving after just one due to several serious issues. From the start, the pool area was extremely disappointing. The pool itself was not just cloudy—the bottom was visibly dirty, with debris and grime that made me genuinely concerned for my children’s health. I worried they might get sick if they accidentally swallowed any water. Additionally, the hot tub was both lukewarm and only partially filled. While the staff did attempt to top it up with a hose, it was clear they were doing their best with limited resources. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse on our first night. At around 4 a.m., we were abruptly woken by loud noises coming from the room next to ours. It sounded as if someone was smashing up the room. We immediately called the front desk to report the incident. It took nearly an hour for the police to arrive, and during that time, my family—especially our two young daughters—were terrified and in tears. Shockingly, after the police left, the individual causing the disturbance was not removed from the property and was allowed to remain in his room. We did not feel safe at all, and could not understand why hotel management did not take stronger action to ensure guest safety. Seeing this person the next morning, and receiving an unsettling look from him as he was questioned by police, only heightened our discomfort. We decided to check out immediately and found another hotel.

The breakfast was really good and filling with lots of options. The room was meh at best, bathroom and carpet needs a remodel and deeper clean. The bed is comfy and pillows great but the carpet and couch are really old and gross. The walls are so thin you can hear everyone's personal conversations and we were below a group of people that sounded liked they would fall through the ceiling with every move they made.

Our stay here was very disappointing. The pictures of the amenities are deceiving. The breakfast was not very good, there were lots of options but it wasn’t of any quality. We were not able to have hot showers at night. The showers were barely warm. The room was very icky feeling. But there were no bugs and it was a place to sleep.

The bathroom counter was dirty. My used a wet washcloth to scrub at the dirt which came off easily. There was hair in the sink. Breakfast area was good. Staff was couteous. Door on the room was a little stiff to close and open, probably swollen at little in the jam. Good location.

Awesome breakfast for the price. Room was good. Overlooking the pool. Clean but a bit dated. We’ve been to many hotels in this price range lately and this breakfast was superior. It’s spring break in Utah so there was a lot of kids which is awesome to see but we’re old farts and would’ve loved to use the pool and hot tub but it was very busy and noisy. Maybe next time.

Room was OK. Clean, but shows it age with the wallpaper peeling in some areas. Door into the room didn't close tightly, so there was a gap that light came into the room. Property could use a bit of a refresh on the exterior, but is a good budget choice for the area.

We’ve been staying at budget hotels with hot tubs and pools. Even though the weather was warm the pools nor hot tubs were open. This hotel had a heated pool and nice hot tub. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast had quite a few more options than the others we stayed at. The coffee was good. I guess the only complaint was the AC was so loud when it cycled on.

Booked last minute when we got the news our father was passing. Guests were enjoying the pool and the breakfast and we never used these services. The bed was comfortable and great water pressure. Very convenient location. The biggest draw back was noise carried from room to room, very thin walls.

I don't understand the really high review for this hotel. The rooms say they are updated, but they are very outdated. There's carpet in the bathroom. Things were generally clean and we slept okay. It was convenient to the national park and the price was right.
