This property is in a great location, convenient to so many things in Little Rock. Sadly, that was all it has going. We found the staff to be less than professional, unwelcoming, and not knowledgeable. Our room was clean and the bedding comfortable but the overall look was tired with ill-patched wall paper in the bathroom and a large stain on the carpet. There were several other little things such as a missing lightbulb in a lamp and the tissue box was empty that clearly shows that no care is taken to ensure guests' comfort.

The room and hotel were neat and clean, the staff were polite, and the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash were great and smelled really good. It was within walking distance of the convention center and several food places and the view from the window was amazing. We even got to pick our own room. The only things I really didn’t like were the $100 security deposit we had to pay without any warning that we’d have to before we drove over 5 hours to get there and had already paid for the room and parking (we got it back but a warning would have been nice), and, when housekeeping cleaned our room, they took our dirty towels/rags but never brought clean ones for us to use that night.
