The property is always spotlessly clean and pleasantly quiet, and the staff provide excellent customer service throughout our stay. We always pick this hotel when visiting relatives in Southampton because of its unbeatable convenience. It’s perfectly located near the city centre, Pure Gym, the cinema, and major shopping spots, making everything easily accessible. The breakfast selection is also great and great value too. As regular guests, we would be grateful if the manager might consider offering a 10% discount on future stays to reward our loyalty. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon!
