The room was nice except for stained pillow cases. The bed was comfortable. The pool was FREEZING! The hot tub felt like warm bath water. The staff we interacted with were nice. I don’t know if we would ever stay at this hotel again but it worked for the one night we stayed.

The breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were dirty looking, the water looked murky and there was stuff floating in it. We were disappointed because that's one of the reasons we booked there. The bathroom was small looked like a bathroom in a small apartment. The staff was nice, but I don't think I'll book here again. It was also noisy throughout the night.

The breakfast area floor should ve cleaned everyday. It was sticky to walk on. The tables werent kept up on during breakfest time either.. we were in the hot tub and a man with luggage came in and got in the hot tub fully clothed.. pool area needs longer hours for adults to enjoy wirh out children using the hot tub as a swiming pool..have an adults only time..10 pm to midnight.

We stayed 2 nights here while in town at a dance competition, and I have no complaints. The place was very clean, staff were very nice. The pool area was a little small, but there were a lot of people trying to enjoy it. The breakfast served was good, clean room, nice comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was very basic, the rooms needed a deep clean, there was no bar of soap to wash your hands, only enough towels for 2 people in a room for 4. No bedding for the pull out sofa and no phone to call reception. I'm sure the staff are doing their best with the crappy facilities, but I wouldn't stay here again. Invest in decent sheets and towels, and try not to run out of pillows.

The hotel was nice enough and the staff was excellent! There were some issues that seemed out of their hands, so I am sure they were under a lot of stress. The issue while we were there was a towel shortage. There weren’t any towels in the pool ever and some rooms didn’t have towels. Every time someone asked they apologized but were waiting for them to be washed and/or dried. The hot tub was extremely hot, way hotter than it should be and the jets could be described as almost violent. There wasn’t a setting to lower the temp or the speed of the jets.

The staff were very nice to work with but seemed to be putting out a lot of fires. I wonder if they are understaffed and having to be reactive with issues rather than proactively addressing them. We booked this stay so our kids could play in the pool. On hotels.com it listed indoor and outdoor pools but in reality they are the same- half inside and half outside. I don't know if this was a factor in why the pool was SO COLD but it was almost icy. My eldest daughter was in tears because she wanted to swim so badly but after jumping in once, couldn't go back. It was frigid so instead the three families in the pool space crammed into the hot tub. Also, the pool didn't even open until 9am which just doesn't work with little kids- they wake up and want to swim. So we adjusted our plans for the day and were there right at 9. The pool guy was just arriving and said he needed 15 minutes to get everything ready... When we were let into our room (#123) it had a bit of a weird slightly food smell not the usual just-been-cleaned smell. We went with it but later, when I stepped barefoot in between the two beds onto wet carpet, I realized it was either the smell of wet carpet or worse, puke (ah-that was perhaps the sickly smell we were breathing) that had been sort of cleaned up. My kids were literally about to go to sleep and moving rooms would have been a huge disruption so we avoided the area but didn't sleep great. Sadly, I would not go back to this hotel in the future.
