The hotel staff was pleasant, breakfast was okay. Not a lot to choose from, and seating was not adequate for the amount of people that were trying to dine for breakfast. Carpet in hallways were pretty old, and had a smell as you exited the elevator. Our room was average. The parking lot had potholes throughout and needs to be repaired.

Parking was easy. Front desk staff friendly. The room cleanliness was not up to par. Walls in room had some yucky stains, there was a stain on the counter that looking like blood. The bathrooms walls were yucky, like they have never been wiped down, along with the door. The bed had some questionable stains. And the floor felt sticky and dirty through out the room

The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. The room needed a lot of work and the bathroom could have been cleaner. This Hampton also charged 3 times what we paid for a pet in MO at a Hampton there. Had to get help to get the internet to work as it wanted me to sign up for something. The staff at the desk made special calls to help me which was nice.
