Positives: Beautiful room, beautiful area, beautiful pools and hot tubs. Cleaning services were very responsive and did a great job. Negatives: AC didn't work, but it did provide white noise to drown out my family's snoring. Shower leaked water out and we did our best to have towels down to minimize any damage. Pool was cold during the 4 days we were there. Because of that the hot tubs were over used and needed more cleaning.

All-Inclusive to Mexico is better. This resort is a nice way to step away from the crowds of tourists at the parks and surrounding areas. However, public furniture is dirty and overused. Prices are typical for California….2x the prices at other tourist destinations in the western states. The pool is nice, but too small. Hot tubs are crowded with kids under 13. Too many young families here. If you have teens find a different place. The water level at the bay is also low and sandy beach is dirty.
