The breakfast options were vast and the bar had a wide selection of wines and cocktails. Our experience was phenomenal. The staff was really kind and they were accommodative of an early check in. The room was spacious, really clean and the design elements were unique. The hotel is located within walking distance of Belvedere Palace. We did some local Walking within the neighborhood. Overall great property. Very disappointing experience at Andaz Vienna. Our sink faucet broke and water flooded the room. Despite calling reception multiple times, no help arrived for over 1.5 hours, and we were eventually told no technician was available. Meanwhile, our belongings were soaked. Only after insisting did they send a security staff member, who was excellent and did his best to help—something we would have expected from the start at a 5-star hotel. We had to leave for the airport the next day with wet belongings. Not acceptable, and not a place we will return to.
