Just stayed overnight. Property was clean and so was the rooms. They have a restaurant and a bar. Only problem i had was parking. If you drive a decent size truck you may have problems maneuvering in the parking lot. They do have a parking garage but depending on when you get there that is also hard to move around in if you drive a big vehicle.

I believe all the reviews are from different Holiday Inn’s. The one I stayed at (downtown Shreveport) was very unclean, hair in the sheets, dirty carpet. We won’t stay here again.

Took forever to get checked in 3 employees at yhe counter but only 1 guest was being checked in at a time. Then were told the shuttle would take up to the casino and bring us back for free but after waiting 45 min on shuttle that never showed up we just drovw ourself. The ice machine on every flood was broken.We could only get 2 channels on the television the whole time we were there.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel lobby was nice, the rooms not so much. The AC did not work in the first room we were given so we were moved to the very end of the hall to a room with a nonworking toilet. Maintenance came and fixed it. The bathroom toilet also had brown water stains. Housekeeping never came to clean our room. We had to go to the front desk to get towels for the next day since housekeeping never came. Another guest was also at the front desk to get towels and made the statement "I guess housekeeping is off this weekend" as his room had not been cleaned either. Also, the noise from the train was a huge disturbance.

I booked this property with the premise that breakfast was free. When I went to eat that morning they told me there was no free breakfast and that I needed to pay for it. I don't know why this happened but I was very angry. I would have never booked this hotel without a free breakfast.

The staff was genuinely wonderful & very helpful. However, the hotel is so poorly maintained and the room so incredibly dirty that it’s surprising Holiday Inn keeps its name on this location.

When we first arrived the room we had smelled like smoke and the carpet and chair wasn’t cleaned. They changed our room. In our new room when I woke up the next morning it was an ant crawling by my head. I wanted to leave then but my boyfriend said we was leaving in the morning . They changed our room for the 3rd time & there was no problem after that but it was just not cleaned overall . Needs more sanitation.
