Seriously needs a renovation. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was sooooo hot because it doesn’t cool when you’re out of the room so you come back to a super hot room that takes hours to cool down. Also had one of the worst showers I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. I love Saratoga, but there are many many better places to stay.
