"The breakfast was very good, lots of fresh fruit, great cappuccino! Roof top dining was good as well. We love the Air Port pick up it made our life easier! Too bad the weather was super hot and smoggy! Our room had a nice balcony to have Coffee on as the Sun Rises! "

"Air conditioning in the room wouldn’t cool below 24 degrees. Spoke to reception and nothing spoke to them the following day and nothing spoke to them again and nothing then spoke to a manger and nothing. She just said you’re on the sunny side of the hotel. Okay well why won’t it cool down at 4am when there is no sun??. At one point the water in the basin was actually running brown. Not a god place the staff just do not care at all. "

"Lovely clean room, decent gym and poor area. Has a very convenient cafe downstairs with good food also were breakfast is served in the morning. Pretty wide selection at breakfast. The location isn’t the closest to the centre, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main part of Vientiane which isn’t bad but the heat makes it feel longer. "

"They upgraded our room after 1st night. The deluxe room facing the city view was spacious but noisy from the traffic and mosquitoes kept us awake. Nice of them to upgrade the room facing the pool. Breakfast is ok. They can do better with a more choices. Location is within was distance to some attractions and shops. "

"I love it is newer than the one we were staying, I love the nice staff, the amazing breakfast, including a lot of Asian options! The swimming is also so nice when the weather is always hot. It is clean and not crowded at all. Both times I swam, I was the only one there. The air conditioning in the room works perfectly. It The only time I feel it is not 5 star is when I got out of my room, the hallway and elevator feel really warm. I wish the. Temperature there is cool too. I still highly recommended it. The location is close night market, restaurants, massage spas, Mekong river, evening events. I would definitely come back again if I am Back to Laos. It is only place make me feel like home."
