"ChatGPT recommended us this hotel based on our short trip and said that we would get lost in the labyrinth of alleys in Fes Medina. I am glad that we listened as for first time travelers is not easy to find your way inside Medina. This Riad is located just 5 minutes walk from Fes Medina. It is easy accessible with foot and you can carry your luggage to it. The Riad is a palace with a very beautiful rooftop where they serve breakfast and optional dinner (separate booking needed). They also arranged for a local tour which costs around 10€ per person per hour. Our guide was very good and showed us around Fes and how to navigate those narrow alleys. We were done in just under 2 hours including the tour to the tannery. The folks working at the Riad are helpful and very courteous."

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We were especially impressed by Idris, the riad manager, who went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure every detail of our stay was just right. We felt less like hotel guests and more like visitors in someone’s home. We would absolutely recommend Riad Le Toyour to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat in Fes.
