The room was spacious and clean there is also a fridge you can use .i also heard prior to arrival if you need a microwave in your room you can call the hotel. Overall nice hotel with clean rooms . "

"I think the bad reviews are from people with high expectations. The bed was comfortable, the tv worked, the shower worked. Overall a good place to stay if you need to get out early to the airport."

"I booked the more expensive room for the balcony but ended up on the ground floor. My not private “patio” was right on the street and honestly I would have preferred not having a sliding door to the street. Rooms are also very dark. The lobby, bar, and location are excellent but there are much nicer options for far less on downtown Phoenix."
