Loved how clean it was, near a big supermarket, near the streetcar, and not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bus terminal is also a 20 minute walk away, from which you can take buses to many places (airport, eagle beach, palm beach etc). The only thing I did not like is breakfast was not included.

My room was great and the staff was pleasant. I had everything I needed for my one night stay. The hotel is doing renovations so the parking was a bit tricky but overall it was excellent. The only drawback was a heavy fragrance in the lobby that was a bit overwhelming.

The hotel is about a 5 minute ride to/from the airport. Check in was simple and my room was ready when I arrived. The room was nice and clean. I only needed it to sleep and relax. There's not a lot directly in the area of the hotel but it's about a 10 minute straight walk to the downtown area where all the cruise ships dock. Plenty of restaurants and a few small (public) beaches away from the crowds near the resorts was perfect. There's a nice breakfast/brunch spot in the hotel that has really good food and not too expensive. Overall, it was a great stay for cheap.

Hotel is ok for the price, it's clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the small side, and we have one of the rooms that were not yet renovated so definitely feel a bit dated. The location is slightly far from major establishments and it does get quite hot to walk 10 minutes to various places under the sun. Overall it’s good for the price, and the hotel was able to accommodate us at last minute when we have to fly in a day early to avoid a major snowstorm where everywhere else were either full or outrageously expensive.

Tivemos problemas na parte elétrica, precisou deixar um cartão para que funcionasse. As janelas (do banheiro e do quarto) não abrem, deixando um ambiente completamente fechado. A água do chuveiro escorre pro banheiro, deixando tudo molhado mesmo com o box.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. The lobby and kitchen very clean, However the hotel was experiencing major renovation construction, which made the stay very noisy dusty parking very inadequate. There were plumbing problems, each and every day.

Room was clean, cool and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and, although we had to buy breakfast, it was very good. The area is a bit run down but it is safe and an easy 10 minute walk to the marina and restaurants. All in all, good value and we would stay there again.

The room was good. It served its purpose for the one night I stayed there. The room is small but it has all the essentials you need. The only issue, I had, was the shower water didn’t get hot. The staff was pleasant and the area was 15 minutes from shopping and restaurants.
