Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, and sports massages. Amazing stay in Bali

Hotel is well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the relaxing environment and wide variety of food choices. Swimming pools and private beach at the hotel is a plus. Definitely worth going to the spa restaurant koral in the hotel. Will stay in kempinski again next time when I visit Bali.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and the hotel certainly lives up to many aspects of a 5-star experience. The facilities are beautiful, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were excellent for families. However, there were a couple of disappointing issues that are important to mention. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the kids’ club was not up to the standard we would expect from a luxury hotel. Shortly after attending, my daughter contracted hand, foot and mouth disease, which was extremely upsetting and impacted the remainder of our holiday. Greater hygiene measures and monitoring in this area would be strongly recommended. Additionally, the noise level in the bedrooms from outside areas was quite noticeable, particularly at night, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Improved soundproofing would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these concerns, we did enjoy many aspects of our stay and hope the hotel addresses these issues, as it has the potential to be truly exceptional.
