Your website dus there is a restaurant and there is not. You advertise that ist 1pm check in, but I was told it’s 2pm. The pool was dirty and not maintained. This was clearly false advertising and I’m very disappointed.

The swimming pool is full of black water. The bar is closed. The restaurant is closed, there is no food. The room was clean and was serviced nicely every 2 days so I stayed the full time, at least somewhere to shower and sleep.

never again

We usually go to Suva for shopping so we stay 1 night in that simple hotel "just for sleeping"... always happy. This time we stay 2 night so we book a upgrade executive room..... it was the worst room we get ! Dirty bathroom, no toilet paper, stains on the clean beddings, all is tinkered in the room ....only thing we get more is a small fridge. Outside it stink the mangrove drain bottom. The welcoming and check out is reduced to a minimum .... just speaking for the 100 $ bond ! Where is the family welcome we get before ? Finish we will never stay there again.

I moved upstairs on my 2nd night. Water pressure wasn't good. Can hardly have a shower. I know that will be fixed otherwise the view from up there was so beautiful,cool breeze & special acknowledgement goes to the awesom staff Ako, Ana & Naita (Humble Security). Thank you Tagimoucia

Was ok for the price. Kids loved the pool but were dissapointed when we were advised they could not swim when it was raining?? Wifi charge was per device... Room fairly clean. Note in the room asking guests to clean any utensils before leaving so that they are clean for future guests (not really set up in the room to wash dishes....) glad we did not use they utensils or cups after reading that. We did not use their cafe/bistro - not sure that it was actually open.

Worst place to stay.

Not good at all. Broken furniture, dirty looking linen, smelly in room and bathroom. Bad showers holders. Management uses property as a brothel. Water flow is not regular. No 2 rooms are similar. The building is converted from a dwelling house.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are a bit tired and need general maintenance, such as some lights weren't working. The breakfast was very basic. The swimming pool was lovely.
