The modern decor at Rooms Boutique is a mask for poor management and lack of basic service. Despite confirming two beds for our family stay, we arrived to find only one bed and a sofa. The sofa was not a standard pull-out and was difficult to convert, with no linens provided. When I asked the front desk, I was dismissed and told they were already in the room; I eventually had to insist, only to be handed a single sheet and a comforter with no other bedding.
To make matters worse, the fridge didn't work upon arrival because it wasn't even plugged in. This, combined with the sandy floors, dirty bathroom, and a total lack of toiletries (no hand soap or hand towels), made for a very uncomfortable stay. You are essentially paying for a nice-looking room with zero hospitality.
