Staff was great; unfortunately, they are under staffed. There just wasn't enough help on the property, and it appeared only a few staff was available to operate the business. The third floor, as soon as you walk off the elevator, it smells like urine. There were quite a few pet owners this particular day…if I was the owner …I wouldn’t allow pets in the building. The third floor needs to renovated, and then no more pets allowed from there.

The original room we were assigned was overran with roaches, no towels, and dirty. We talked to front desk and were moved to another room, the second room had smaller roaches and the fridge smelled like someone had left food in it for months and had an unknown liquid dripping from it. The staff was very nice and apologetic. As for staying here, you get what you pay for.
