Wonderful view of the beaches from our balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. We love the little bar. The smash burgers and pizzas are amazing. Elaine is AWESOME. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved our trip and everyone was very polite. But we expected 2 pools with one being heated. After hearing teenagers in he pool well into the night, it was closed he next day. So no use of that pool or the hot tub the entire week we were there. I think it is kinda cheesy to charge for the chairs that are already on the beach-or it should be made clear that chairs/ umbrellas were available FOR RENT Housekeeping situation was not clear to everyone. We were told that if we wanted housekeeping we could request it. We did not. The day before we left someone opened the door while I was changing. The next morning they did knock and announce first, but who knows how many times they were already in there Definitely a cute and convenient spot and we really loved the outside deck and bar. But the bar closed early many nights We really had a great time and I don’t want or expect 5 stars but these are a few things that could be improved Like I said, we had a great time and would probably return-pending an early call to make sure everything was working Also- they did something to the pipes so we didn’t have water for awhile. Then when it came back it was brown. We left that day.

This used to be such a great hotel. We've stayed here numerous times in the past. Never again! Not unless some serious issues are addressed. The couch is far dirtier than any I've ever seen at Goodwill!! Broken and loose tile on the floor. Little in the way of supplies in the kitchen and most of the items that are there should be thrown away. (Skillet, spatula, etc) This hotel has excellent bones and has excellent potential! Repair, replace, and maintain it!!!

Plugs by bed did not work, plugs in bathroom did not work. Tub was nasty and had no hot water in the sink in bathroom. Hot tub benches were hard to sit on because they were so rough. Rules for hot tub need to be inforced kids were trying to swim the whole time and splashing everyone. One of our beds did not have a comforter had to ask several times for one. I have been staying at this hotel for 20+ years and never again unless they get everything in working order. Our room was in the garden area.

Night shift front desk people needs to communicate with day shift. Called the night before telling them ill be in checking in after midnight and they never told day shift. when i got there they canceled my room. Even when ive already paid for the week, it shouldnt matter when i check in . The room is paid for already.

When we got there the hot tub and heated pool was closed that's one of the reasons we booked this hotel also we did not get to check in to 5 o'clock and the 1st room we got was dirty did not look like it was cleaned at all so they had to switch our room and I emailed them about all this and never heard back

When we arrived at check-in the main heated pool & hot tub was out of service. Then on arrival to our room, it was not clean and had a musty odor. There were stains on the bedskirts, the curtains had rips in them. We stayed at this exact hotel a few years ago & loved it but it had tremendously went downhill. We actually opted for a refund as soon as we seen the room conditions & found another place to stay. The staff were friendly and understanding. I would no longer recommend this hotel.

My room was on the bottom floor literally 10 steps from the walkway to the beach. I would have expected it to be covered with sand. They keep it clean. All the staff I came in contact with were very nice. The kitchen had everything you need for a quick meal. Loves being able to open the door and seeing the waves rolling in

This hotel had a vintage feel and a fun location. One of the pools were closed for most of our stay, and the remaining pool was way too crowded to enjoy, as was the hot tub. The staff was working hard trying to re-open the pool but we (my daughter) never got to enjoy it. They did a nice job with keeping the outdoor areas clean and the outdoor bar was very nice, right in the beach.

Our family of 3 traveled far to get here. We were pleasantly surprised at our room. It was spacious & like a 1 bedroom apartment w a full kitchen. Balcony with a big window overlooks the pool and ocean at a shirt distance. Only problem & a big one was we couldn't enjoy the balcony because theres strong propane gas smell coming from next door. When we talked to the office about it they said its always like that.

We had an issue keeping housekeeping out of our room. We asked them twice not to clean our room until the end of our trip. We came back every day to signs they had been in the room. It wasn’t necessary a trust issue. It was just not wanting someone in our room when we were not there. Other than that everything was great. The bed was comfy. The Kitchenette was nice. And check in was quick and easy.
