If you’re staying over in Puerto Natales I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. It exceeds expectations on every level. We stayed in room 12 which overlooked both the main street and also the sea, it being dual aspect. Great value for money and a free welcome drink greated us at the bar located on the 4th floor.

Freundliches Personal und man kann sein Gepäck während der Wanderung im Torre del Paine kostenlos unterstellen. Hat man nach dem W-Trek noch eine Übernachtung ist es bereits auf dem Zimmer. Zentrale Lage in Puerto Natales. Schöne gemütliche Zimmer mit Rooftop Bar und Willkommensgetränk. Gutes kleines Frühstücksbuffet.

Nice room, lovely staff that even prepared a early breakfast for us. Great views from the rooftop bar and we were even treated to a welcome drink. Only slight snag was that the shower was rather tiny and leaked onto the floor. Also, the parking situation in the town/city isn't ideal.

The shower door did not close properly in Room 20, so water came outside of the shower. We had to contain the water on the floor with towels. The shower can be designed better.

The hotel was a very pleasant experience. Beginning with me arriving from the airport hours before check in, Leonardo was exceptional holding my bags for hours at the front desk to free me up. When I got back he had my bags in my room which was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, linens were excellent quality. I have a torn rotator cuff and the pillows were perfect to give me a great nights sleep!

Recommend highly. Ideal location. Wonderful staff. Super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Rooms were a little small but not a problem. The room design makes it so that the lights in the bathroom light up the bedroom.
