We found shops near by and plenty of places to eat. The lobby area needed to be more welcoming. I felt they were under staffed as the phones were ringing and only one person to handle the front desk.

The room was very spacious and had everything that we needed except for a microwave. There was one in the lobby. I do wish that you could use a pool and a hot tub if you weren't using the water park. However for a hotel stay and not needing the water park it was a very nice room.

We had fun. The lady that checked us in was very nice and our room was fine. I would just say the common areas need to be cleaned and the games and gift shop stocked Everything was empty. You could tell rhis place used to be awesome. Just a bit run down now. We knew breakfast wasn't included but there wasn't even a decent cup of coffee and creamer avaliable.

Staff was great , room wasn’t dirty had normal hotel wear and tear . Water park probably is more for children 8 and under I took my 13 year old and he got bored pretty quick . Also only one life guard ,slides aren’t watched and for some reason people allow their kids to run freely so if random kids partially drowning in front of you with no parents around isn’t your thing I’d probably not go, and the kids aren’t supposed to be in the hot tub but there you will find an insane amount of children in it. Over all it wasn’t horrible and it’s cheaper than Kalahari but you gotta weight your odds.

Some of the games weren’t working in the arcade, the water was cold, the room had centipedes and old food and wrappers on the floor. Very disappointing for the money that was spent.
Hallways with garbage and linen stayed in the hallway overnight, still there the next morning.

We had a clogged toilet our entire stay and after asking 3 times for them to bring a plunger they told us to go to the 2nd floor and use the public bathroom. The hallways were filthy. We didn’t have blankets and pillows and we had to go ask for them 4 times before finally receiving them at 11pm.

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out I was on edge. All of the floors were covered in a layer of crumbs and our room was dirty with cups and wrappers under our bed to marks on the cupboard. They have structural damage and have pieces laying all over the ground. If I could have a refund I would take it. Their elevator only having one working was not up to code. The list goes on.

The arcade some of the games were broken and the claw toy games were empty also elavators were out of order and they did not serve any food only coffee in the loby paid gor a late check out and while we were at the water park someone came in our room and stripped the beds while all of our belongings were still in the room including my wallet but over all the staff were very frendly and nice and my son had a blast

Front desk ladie was so nice and helpful (she told me her name but i forgot didnt have name tag) the room we stayed in was not vacuumed and there was popcorn in the bed they did come straight to clean it no vacuum though. No blankets in room we had pillows no cases and only the big bed with sheets. Nothing for pull out . We were told there was breakfast but not there
