This place was clean and safe. The location is very close to the beach, but NOT on the beach. It is 2 streets away, but still convienent. There are a few small charcoal grills and a small pool. This is a much older facility, but VERY clean and maintained.

The location was great being close to the beach and the boardwalk. Decent place to stay if you don’t care about look and feel. The property itself looked rundown. Small kitchenette. No closet. Pool area is small but quiet. Not too bad for the price and convenience.

This place is a great bang for your buck! The staff were friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. It’s just a short walk to the beach! We had a very pleasant stay! The only thing I would have changed was more pillows but that is just a personal preference to have 2 for myself so I swiped the extra one from my daughter’s bed.

room was so dirty. pee stains on the toilet where it hadn’t been cleaned, under the bed was nasty and dirty. walls had stuff splashed on them. property overall was old and over grown and staff were very rude

Everything in the room was very old. The toaster started producing smoke as soon as we turned it on. Didn't check any other appliances, but they looked very old. The refrigerator, however, worked well.

The front office staff was very professional. The property was HORRIBLE!!! The stairwell was extremely dirty and filled with debris. The pool appeared as if it had not been cleaned since 1982. The cigarette smell in the room was SOOOOOOO bad that after only five hours in the room, the cigarette odor was in our hair clothes and luggage…we actually checked out and went to the airport to use the bathroom (brush our teeth, wash up, etc) before my daughter’s flight. We actually slept sitting up in the chair until the airport opened and we caught a Lyft to the airport. The ONLY ONLY positive thing I can say about this awful dirty horrible septic nasty cancerous place is front office person…she was very apologetic. I will NEVER NEVER stay at this motel ever again!!! I hope the wonderful lady at the front desk is hired by a real hotel in the area…she could be a valuable asset to your company…her hospitality talents are being wasted and unappreciated at this dump!!!! This place is AWFUL!!!! My 13 year old daughter and I would have been better off waiting on the bench outside of the airport. Do NOT…I repeat..do NOT…do NOT…do NOT….DO NOT…DO NOT…DO NOT stay at this place!!!

Photos of the property were overly complimentary on the website and somewhat misleading. The property and surrounding area was quite unattractive. My "ocean view" in my room was about two blocks away from the water. Attractions were within walking distance. The owner had lots of rules which showed he cared about the property.

didn’t get an ocean view although not essential. despite no smoke policy the room smelt and even the sheets. sand on the bed. fridge not cold. stains on towels and hairs in the bathroom and general uncleanliness. fine for a one night stay but wouldn’t overall recommend
