The hotel is a bit out of Fort William so you do need to drive in for dinner etc. The staff were very friendly. The room had clearly been updated nicely recently. The corridors were obviously yet to be done. The bar had very little character, i personally preferred to find somewhere a bit more atmospheric selling a wider selection of local drinks. Breakfast was good with a good selection of cold and hot foods. We did not eat dinner at the hotel as we weren't very inspired by the menu. The room was pretty small as a triple room but we werent staying long so it was manageable. Overall it was good value for the money but a little uninspiring.
