We had booked this hotel for just one night before a connecting flight to the Out Islands. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. Our room, towels, and linens were clean. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants and bars on Fish Fry Street can be reached in about a 15-minute walk. Unfortunately, we were unable to have breakfast at the hotel because our flight departed very early in the morning. Wir hatten dieses Hotel für nur eine Nacht vor einem Weiterflug zu den Out Islands gebucht. Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Unser Zimmer, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sauber. Die Betten waren bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Restaurants und Bars in der Fish Fry Street erreicht man nach ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Leider konnten wir im Hotel nicht frühstücken, weil unser Flug sehr früh am Morgen startete.

The place was good to sleep an the personal was very kind and willing to help. The breakfast was ok. The worst part of the stay was the room cleaness, we found 2 hair balls from previous guests. The room is a bit outdated but functional.

Very costly to get transfer from the airport. The room was clean but The bathtub faucet leaked, the toilet handle was broke and the door was hard to close and lock. Staff was notified and will hopefully have that figured out for the next guests. Most staff were excellent except there was one girl in the office that did not seem to enjoy being there. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast which was great to enjoy relaxing with coffee beside the pool. The night staff at the pool was friendly and fun. They made it a Nice way to enjoy the evening.

I have never stayed in a hotel as run down and dirty before. There were bugs in our room. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The pillows and bed were very old and lumpy. The furniture was old and missing knobs/pulls. There were no outlets available to charge our devices. The shower was stained and the shower curtain looked ancient. Honestly if we had any possibility of finding another hotel room we would have. The young man at the front desk didn't seem to know what was going on when asked questions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Well when I read the reviews I wasn't the only one who complained about the toilet. We were trapped in your room all night waiting on someone to fix your toilet; they sent the security guard. We had to repeatedly request it get fixed the next day. So we were once agian trapped in the room. WE couldn't get the TV to work and the room smelled like poop. Not fun. But the pool DJ and rum punch was fun!

Lets, just say that they have a great photographer. In person, the place is very basic..we saw a few roaches and they don't answer the phone at the front desk, after a certain time, though they are sitting there.
