Not a bad hotel but upon checking in I was told that I was given an upgrade. I now had a bigger room with 2 beds! Wow and I booked a king bed. I explained to the gentleman at the front desk that I did not consider that an upgrade. He then stated that it was overbooked by the third party and then that the king rooms had not been cleaned. Hmmm. Not happy about that.

Check in and out was a breeze. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I used the pool but thought it should have been warmer. My biggest problem was with the Wi-Fi. I had problems with the unsecure connection and broke my 72-day wordle streak. I was just getting close to breaking my longest streak and had to start all over again. Anyway, the shower was fine and the breakfast was good, but one of the days the scrambled eggs were cold. I will consider staying here again if I ever return to Niagara Falls.
